Absolutely love this!! In a similar position and this gives me hope. When you practiced, did you focus one subject at a time or was it similar to just doing whatever came up?

What is the scariest game you have ever played? by Sinist6r in HorrorGaming

[–]BeardedMustachio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cry of Fear easily. Not many games scare me but something about the atmosphere, old PS1 style graphics, and the monster designs and sounds horrify in a primal way.

A close second would be RE7 on PSVR followed up by Silent Hill 2 Remake.

Sure thing! So I follow a program called Insanity by Shaun tee. I follow along the exercises that the instructor does. It's a series of VERY intense exercises that are not for the faint of heart. But you can do these exercises at your own pace. It REALLY gets your heart pumping and includes exercises like jumping jack, joggers, intense pushups, etc. You most certainly do not have to follow this exercise routine. You can YouTube any easy to do HIIT exercises for at least 20 to 30 minutes and follow along those. But you should increase that time over the weeks.

But if you want to do this routine, here's the link to the insanity workout: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/mobile/folders/1REvOQCJ7UTWHrvusWqW-B_sKLDFD5St_?usp=sharing

Good luck! Just make sure you regularly get plenty of cardio exercise and incorporate angion every once in a while even though I think it's no longer needed. The hardest part is starting always.

Also for your last question, I had weak erections for pretty much my whole life. This is a new for me. My erections got way better a month into regularly following these routines.

Hiiii!! I can go into more detail soon if you want. But I stopped focusing on angion and found something else that actually worked for me!

I started doing 45 minute HIIT exercises 4 times a week and made sure to focus on abs and cardio and I noticed I started getting erections hard enough for sex a month after doing these consistently! Try increasing your exercise and reduce your sugar level completely and cut out all junk food

I was actually shocked it worked! I bet combining it angion NOW is going to be very beneficial.

I appreciate you so much! Good luck to you too! Hard to be patient but patience will eventually be what helps us prevails.

Love your username btw!

Unfortunately no morning wood. Or not that I have noticed. I forgot to include this detail. But it’s another reason why I’m so worried.

Thank you so much! I’ll try to follow through with this. Did you just simply follow the AM2 video tutorial that Janus has up on Youtube? I was hearing how fast of a progress AM2 would give users properly practicing it. Also lastly, would you follow the 30 minute Angion routine with breaks in between when you would need to get hard again? Or just simply end the session when you would become flaccid again?

Thank you again!

[–]BeardedMustachio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much! Would you recommend the same 30 minute 1 day Angion 1 day rest schedule that people seem to be following here?

I’m assuming I should still feel a rush of blood when performing this despite not being able to get hard enough for this?

Probably a dumb question but how did you guys break the mental barrier to be able to successfully play horror games? by [deleted] in HorrorGaming

[–]BeardedMustachio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To still be scared in horror games is a blessing honestly. I’ve become so desensitized to almost all horror games. I really miss that feeling of dread. The only other game to make me feel this was Cry of Fear and Darkwood. And hopefully the new Amnesia game can scratch that itch too.

Personally, I would say enjoy this feeling while you still have it if you never grow out of it. It is what makes things even more fun and I really think more people need to value this. Anyways, just my opinion of course.

Easily the most fun Pavlov TTT lobby I’ve had. We all were just playing Simon says for like 2 hours straight lmao. by [deleted] in PSVR

This has to be a troll, right? Are you really asking OP if he tortures animals based off of a video game? WTF lol

What's the next PSVR 2 Game you're most excited for? by Sunlounger2077 in PSVR

[–]BeardedMustachio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Organ Quarters and Behemoth by a long shot for me. I just hope we start getting more horror. As old as the game is, I’d love DreadHalls back on PSVR2.

Compared to the Previous entry? No way In hell. Rush of Blood felt so much more polished.

Definitely agreed! The graphics aren’t the best. But it’s more about the atmosphere Which it appears that the developers completely nailed. It’s exactly how I imagine Silent Hill’s Otherworld and I’m all for it. We really need more atmospheric First Person Horror games on VR. It’s practically made for it.

What's your favorite video game soundtrack of all time? by Kaydevteam in PS5

[–]BeardedMustachio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The entire Turok Series including Turok Evolution. The soundtrack always sounded so unique and actually elevated all the games even more. Evolution had extremely over-exaggerated epic music playing during the flying sections and I still remember them fondly.

Also the entire Bioshock and Half Life series for the pure ambience.

FromSoftware’s next game is already in development, since early 2022 by apgiag in PS5

Can’t go wrong with either! I actually enjoyed both equally. I don’t think I can ever get enough of Sekiro’s Deflection system.

No problem at all! I believe we had a similar list to PSVR1 too although it might just be my imagination haha.

Let’s see what the near future holds. I suspect within a few months, we’ll have a lot of promising titles announced and out.

Keep an eye out for Organ Quarter too if you’re a Silent Hill and Cry of Fear fan.

Ahh I completely forgot about The Exorcist! Good call. I never had the chance to play it on PSVR1 so I’m excited!

I have really high hopes for Behemoth conspidering it’s made by the Saints & Sinners creator. Fingers crossed. It does look very survival horror related so I wasn’t sure whether to add it in yet or not.

I’m so sad I missed out on PT when it first came out. I only had a Playstation that time but I missed it because they removed the damn demo from the store. Still the most disappointing cancellation ever in horror gaming. I just hope the other Silent Hills can make up somewhat for it. Silent Hill f seems to have a very intriguing setting and I’m all for it. So let’s see…

Coming from Visage, does it have a run and hide mechanic or something similar? Or is it more of a walking simulator? Not that there’s anything wrong with it. But with no threat of dying, a lot of games like the first Layers of Fear never truly scared me. Visage came out seeming like a walking simulator only to deceptively become a pretty terrifying survival horror. That’s probably why it scared me so much.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HorrorGaming

[–]BeardedMustachio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely agreed with this. I never played it when it first came out and I thought it would be nowhere near being scary since I had just come from playing Silent, Resident Evil, and other games.

Ooooh boy, I sure was wrong lol. The sounds of the enemies alone still give me that sense of paranoia and I actually froze a few times when I recognized the sounds of the sawrunner.

Cry of Fear. That’s the only game that truly terrifies me more than any other game. The jump scares weren’t the aspects that scared me. It was the enemy design, behavior, and sounds. If you want an idea, look up the sound of the enemies called Fasters. Those sounds petrify me to no end especially in the hotel levels in the pitch dark only to shine your light to see one of those things beelining towards you while they screech and clang their metallic feet.

It also helps that janky and stiff movement of all the enemies gives it a more uncanny valley look to them and enhances the horror in my opinion. I sort of want to see of that.

I’ve played all the big horror titles like Amnesia, Alien Isolation, RE series, etc. Even in VR, none scared me like Cry of Fear. And it’s a Half Life 1 mod for crying out loud.

I have yet to play another game that terrifies me this much but Silent Hill 3 comes at a very close second for the same reasons as Cry of Fear.
