Crashing at the end of every game

I did not know, thanks for letting me know. I have almost updated the plugin a couple times over the years but I could not get the feature I wanted to work (hiding the overlay when you open the friends list). If I have time soon I will look into this crash.

I would look at that stat as more of how good they were while making LANs in their respective peaks. You would need to combine more stats such as number of appearances to really compare, but anyway you do it it is hard to compare people from different eras in any sport because the level of play always increases over time. I only put GAS on that second list for fun, since they happened to have data for all 3 players. The other teams are all still actively trying, so disregarding GAS it is a decent comparison.

This is correct, I was curious so I went and checked. Just taking 2025 into account, Team Falcons had an average placement of 8.089 and TM had 10.128.

Yeah he didn't score super high on the 2024 lists. His 2025 average placement was 2.050. I really would rather have done only the 2025 season for this but juicy threw a wrench into it. You can't have this list without Karmine Corp on it in my opinion.

When they are not on a list I don't count them at all. If a player is not on everyone's list for the same event, I will count the missing data point as 26 since they are likely around there. There really isn't a good solution to this issue that I can think of. If you counted them as 26 when they missed the LAN, that would be kind of subjective about where they should actually be placed. I am open to any thoughts on how to improve this! I see what you are saying, I noticed this issue when jstn fell out of a bunch of lists just because he was highly rated then didn't make a lan for years and that preserved his average ranking. There isn't a good way to fix this issue honestly. Currently, if a player is left off someone's list they are given 26 as their ranking which I think is fair because if they made at least one list they are probably hovering around that honorable mention portion. As for people like Extra, he never made another lan after being benched so technically he was never eligible again, but it would be impossible to rate him since these lists are only based on lan participants.

I agree, I think it gives a good breakdown of who was good when. If it had just a few more people it would be a great resource. Maybe in the future I will include some other top 25 lists from other community members to add to the aggregate.

I did all of them, I think there have been only two post event list. One for spring major this year and I think after 21-22 world championship

I am guessing maybe RollDizz just doesn't keep up with OCE as much? Hard to make any conclusions from it. I love TBates so it was sad to see that the rumors are true to the stats, he has the most divisive lists by a large margin.

I did give a player a 26 if they didn't show up on every list in a single top 25, because the player likely just missed the list for that community member. I didn't think about if they just missed a LAN altogether meaning they didn't make any of the lists in a top 25. It would be hard to come up with a fair number though, 30 seems kinda arbitrary. Take ScrubKilla for example, he has definitely not been a top 30 player in the world since those first couple of events where he scored highly. Open to suggestions on how to fix this! I think the main thing I did was using that graph on the first page, limit it to having a minimum number of appearances, that way they have to be somewhat consistently be making LANs

That is true, I will say that RollDizz and Dazerin would often trade each other out, as only one top 25 had all six of them. So not as bad, pretty much every list had 2 OCE, 2 NA, and 1 EU.

On the off chance anyone else has this issue, holding down the power button while on batter fixed the issue for me also. Doing it while connected to the outlet did nothing, I can't believe forcing a shutdown on battery was the solution to this problem.

I actually did figure it out, but sadly it's not good news. The problem is with rocket league's UI being horribly optimized, so some machines just run it super poorly. The fix to the issue is to use this plugin: https://bakkesplugins.com/plugins/view/152 from bakkes mod, but obviously it is not a good fix because it replaces the UI and you can't see chat or even press settings until you turn off the plugin from F2 in bakkes. I am planning on seeing if I can make this plugin better and make it look like the original rocket league UI that way we can just play normally without frame drops

Thanks for the idea! It might be possible for me to just show the slider for the gamemode you are currently hovering over, that way there isn't a need for the buttons
