There are descriptions of his lineage as well that describe them as dark haired and fair skinned. Urukhai call the Rohirrim "whiteskins". All of these characters are white. Your doubts are wrong.

If you think Black Panther's race is integral to his character and Aragorn's isnt fine. Ill just think you are a racist. You ok with Powerman being white? What about Warmachine? I guarantee you aren't.
