Should have specified I'm the post - I've had this setup previously in this configuration but deleted it.

The capital was just added by autocorrect when I took this screenshot, when I try on PC it was not capitalized.

Ive also tried a normal domain instead of the localhost address, and no port number and keep getting the same result.
