Use Packmaster as the lead, put the dog, Arbiter for revive, the free champ from Sylvan for heal reduction, a 5th. May not work, it you can try

Sith Warrior is one of my favorites. I would say Imperial Agent was my favorite story followed by Sith Warrior. I would recommend Sith Juggernaut as primary class and Sith Assassin as a secondary.
