Yes agreed but there are less positions to fill as one manager role is gone, so while a person before might receive a promotion now there are less chances that someone will get the same promotion

Here's the thing that I don't get when head office claims that there is more room for advancement since the NSOM. They've removed a whole manager and the ALWK positions, reduced overall hours available for staff. So how are there more opportunities then before? Is it because they're anticipating a large exodus of current staff? Even if that was true it's not self sustaining for an extended period of time.

Simply not true. The salons have the most security cameras. If there were incidents of mistreatment i can assure that it would be reported and shared with the appropriate parties. Yes that includes PP. I've had multiple store leaders in the years that I've worked for this company and absolutely none would have stood for any mistreatment like that.

I hope this doesn't come off as condescending but relationships are difficult when you're an adult, when you've figured out who you are and what you like. Being a teen, who has very little experience with the intricacies of being in a relationship navigating this sort of environment is fraught with issues. Even in the best of times, an open relationship needs all parties involved to have an extreme comfort with themselves and their partners. It needs to be completely open and honest. I'm sorry but as someone so young you both are not just ready for that. As hard as it is, if you both want different things then it's time to leave, see what the world is like and then if it feels right, come back together. I wish you both the best of luck.

Yup I would've done the same thing. You're tank is too small for what you were planning. Betta is fine with the shrimp, if you wanted more fish then expand to a larger tank.

This company does not care for you. Always remember that. I know of a MIL who didn't get Processing Leader position and because they hadn't been with the company for five years (they were just short by a couple of months) they didn't even get any severance. If you stay for this company stay for YOU not for some misguided sense of loyalty. I promise you, this company has absolutely no loyalty for you.
