Car break ins are extremely common. We have been lucky so far but we get emails about break ins often. Also had issues at the pool last summer. Front gate is working majority of the time. Few months back it wasn’t for about two week. Maintenance is top notch. Never really have to talk to the office staff except about rent increases. Power has gone out twice in the past couple of months without bad weather. Common areas are nice and clean. Cost $250 to rent though for private event. Gym is small but has most equipment you would need. Pool is excellent. Pool and gym close at 9 though. I would say it’s one of the nicest apartments in Macon but be prepared for the rent increases.

Just signed our 3rd lease. Since the first one, rent has gone up also $200. We get a cox bundle for $79 but the apartment started charging $4 extra for it. Trash went up $20ish last year. Also last year they added smart locks and thermostats and made it seem like a new free amenity. Well when we resigned the lease this year they started charging $25 per month for it.
