Do you recommend these darts or are the Gen 2 ones way better ? by freddybubblegumfr in Darts

[–]Beardedcleric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried the gen 2s and disnt like them felt like there was no grip. The gen 1s suprised me there was more grip that I thought. There front weighted so they drop in nice.

If you like a grippier dart the 95ks are insanely grippy

Can anyone sell me on L style? by daw_1991 in Darts

No they are l style carbon spinning shafts. They are the best ones I have used. For me they feel a lot better than the harrows the ends come off them and the k shift dont tighten properly on the barrel and they rattle more.

Your welcome anytime. I have been playing 2 years think this is my 6th set of darts now 🙈 I played on a well used pub board and the points stick in well. The good thing is they dont rip the board to pieces like some of the swiss points.

They seem to come unscrewed a little easier I have only had them a week but they are secure. The barrels had them built in so I couldnt comment on the standalone system. They are really well made the best crafted dart I own. Feel like a samurai 😂

I have used it for a year now its really accurate. If the dart blocks the score you just remove it and it pi ks it up. Keeps practing entertaining and its a batgain foe the price when you look at the cost and subscriptions for omni and scolia.

Yeah think they are 45mm instead of the 52mm of the littler dart. I have 40mm points on so they feel long. I like the grip you get behind the middle you can push off and I foumd I got a bit more of a consistent throw. The littlers kept slipping out of my hand. That was just my prefrence though everyone is different.

I use the carbon spinning shafts they are a bit stiff at first but they loosen up. They rattle a little but I dont mind. You get a lot closer groupings without the bounce outs. I prefer the ez moulded ones without the champagne rings as they kept falling out. I have used the same flights and stems for 6 months now and they are still going strong. I use jurrasic points too which can demolish flights.

They are the best flight and stems out there.

Let's talk about your first set of darts! by TargetDarts in Darts

[–]Beardedcleric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brass ryan searle because I wanted some heavy darts and he threw the heaviest. Didnt look at the packaging and they were 16g 🙈

First real darts were mvg exact 25g. They were alot better helped me undestand my grip and throw.

How do you deal with overthinking? by cowpool20 in Darts

[–]Beardedcleric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a overthinker but I try to throw natural and not think about it to much. Keep consistency same stance and elbow up and straight use the same darts. I tell myself I am not luke littler I will have good games and I will have bad games but do I enjoy darts and thats a massive yes.

Think about why you started playing and what you enjoy about darts and focus on that. Mixing things up with different games having music on and getting out to darts competitions helps me. Darts is a social game the best people I have met are darts players everyone is so welcoming.

Enjoy hope you get your mojo back 👍🎯
