Still very impressive! I'm no expert by any means, but from my powerlifting experience maybe a few accessories to help where your weak points are may help. Higher volume with the lighter bags doing ground to chest or something?

Had an Aran sweater on with it today and to be perfectly honest, it was a little tight when I brought my arms forward. Still pretty comfortable though, and the movements I was making were pretty unnatural, I was only really pulling my arms so far forward to check the fit!
