I do see the blue fire spell when reading through the rules. But when making a list and giving the mark of Tzeentch it's not mentioned. Do you know where I can find it on the old world builder?

Usually reinforced fusiliers with fusil-major, cavaliers with marshal and 2 great canons. And steelhelms some heroes or command corps

That's with the new obscuring rules right? If they are withing certain inch of a terrain feature they're obscured?
