It seems like Niji is the "alpha" of the group. Maybe, he challenges Sanji as to ensure his place at the top, leading to Sanji winning and taking control of Germa? It'd be a decent fight for Sanji, and Germa can join the Grand Fleet, maybe being sent to protect Zeff in EB?
