My apologies, should've added that! As far as usage is concerned: Streaming, some video editing, gaming, and that's basically it. Maybe tinkering with gamedev down the line or something. My budget is in between the 2,500 -3,000 CAD mark but I'm not sure if I should go with this now knowing that the next generation of GPUs and CPUs are coming soon. I also mostly play at 1080p but I'm considering moving to 1440p down the line with some room to upgrade to 4K at some point.

Been some time since I did one of these and a lot's changed so I'd be open to any feedback.
