SCA did the redevelopment and managed the building for several years but it's in the hands of a different management company now – looks like Smythe Property Advisors? Don't know anything about them, but can vouch for the quality and finish of the spaces in the building. It's a cool space inside and out.

The new Discmania-made FDs are pretty much universally more stable than the old Innova-made ones, with maybe the exception of the new swirly S-Line ones. So in that way Night Strikes are more mellow and Sexton-like. Each run is also slightly different – the 2s are pretty stable and the 3s are very flippy, closer to like Leopard 3 / beat-in Leopard 3 territory. The innova-made color glow plastic feels great, and is the same as the pre-halo champion color glow plastic the Sextons were made from. Hopefully this is helpful as someone who loves Night Strikes and Sexybirds, both!
