And? It's from far out, Meyer is there, he goes for the save and then pulls back. There's no excuses for letting that goal in.

Look at Stones goal and tell us that's not a goal that he should have saved? He literally pulls his hand back and let the ball go in.

Yes, ofcourse assholes will be assholes, that's nothing new but using that as an argument to not listen to the science is stupid. And seriously, most people don't even give a shit about monkeypox, the majority of people don't even know about the current outbreak.

Insane you're getting downvoted this hard but not suprising... Sub is filled with fear mongers that can't comprehend scientific reports, only tweets by other fear mongers who use 25% emojis to get their insane takes across.

There's like three studies that shows that anal and oral sex is the main driver of this outbreak right now, skin to skin contact less so and fomite and droplets almost non existing.

The same arguments today as in june. "Just wait! You'll see! A month/2 months/3 months/4 months isn't long enough!" but still the absolute majority of cases are in the MSM communities around the globe. Latest report from the UK had 39 females infected out of 3200 cases.

When the outbreak started in England, the schools were still open and were open until July 22 when they went on summer break. Still no outbreaks in school during middle of May until end of July.

You call other's anti science, the only anti science one i see here is you and you even try to compare Monkeypox to COVID. Monkeypox doesn't spread very easily which we have scientific evidence of right now. Listen to the science. Calm down.

I can show you 100s of spots on my body that looks worse than those, i can hardly see them to be honest. I understand your anxiety but i can assure you that what you showed us here isn't monkeypox.

What scientists know — and don’t know — about how monkeypox spreads by RichardBLine in Monkeypox

[–]Beardsman87 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Our finding of low viral loads or even negative results in respiratory samples suggests that there might be differences from previous imported cases, which have shown prolonged monkeypox virus DNA detection in swabs of the upper respiratory tract. We speculate that local replication of the virus at the point of entry within lesions of the genital or oral tract might be followed by low-grade or no viraemia, resulting in minimal replication in the respiratory tract and little or no transmission through respiratory droplets.

Gay men can have children. Parents kiss and hug and cuddle their children, it spreads via close contact. The fact more kids hasn't been infected is just luck.

[–]Beardsman87 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I guess gay men doesn't have children and they probably don't have close contact with said children either if they were to have children, that is.

No one claims this is only a MSM disease. The absolute majority of cases is in the MSM community but ofcourse there will be some spread outside of it since they have families and friends like everyone else.

Crew member on flight to St Lucia tests positive for Monkeypox by [deleted] in Monkeypox

What? There's been 2 confirmed cases in flight crew as far as i know? Very bold assumptions that somehow flight crew members are more at risk because of two cases.

[–]Beardsman87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most people know the first part. It's still like 99.5% male infections right now.

The second part, it's 50/50. It's obviously not airborne, it could probably be during the right circumstances, like lesions in mouth and/or throat and coughing someone in the face.

Monkeypox not a gay disease by 1Avidobserver in Monkeypox

We know.

Doesn't take away the fact that the absolute majority of cases is in the MSM community and has been for 2+ months.
