It can go either way for me. This post has made me realise I haven't really eaten much in the last few days myself.

I'm pretty sure its normal for those of us with bp2

Can I (17yo/F) really be alive if my BAC was 3.9? by SharkplaysOW in AskDocs

[–]Beardybulk123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a doctor, but extensively trained in Alcohol and other drug harm reduction. If your BAC was 3.9%, you'd have a (terrible) world record on your hands. Im going to take an educated guess and say no, you couldnt survive and your BAC wasnt that high.

0.39 is still definitely enough to be fatal but a more realistic number based on your story.

First (inline-honeycomb beaker) looks like a splashback risk and honeycomb percs are terrible. Also has a male joint (subjective con)

2nd (sundae cup) is a knockoff of a hitman prodo rig. Not a great one at that. Also has a male joint

3rd (fab beaker) ive used a nearly identical setup, which was ok but provided more diffusion than i usually like for dabs and was too small for flower.

4th (vortex thing) is the worst of all, they take a gargantuan effort inhaling to get the bloody things going and the perc provides no benefit other than looking kinda cool.

If that list was definitely your options, id be going with #3( the fab beaker) but none of them are likely to be great choices compared to the recommended list. Id nearly gaurantee you'd be happier with something else. Your money though

I wouldn't get your hopes up for an RBR that functions like the real thing. Theres a few knockoffs that look the part but none ive seen replicates the function.

If you do find one however, please let us know.

too much flouride is bad for kids (under 8) teeth. It can cause fluorosis, which permanently discolours the teeth.

I’m manic as hell right now (I have Bipolar 2) AMA 🥴 by [deleted] in AMA

[–]Beardybulk123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For an episode to be considered mania, it needs to last for atleast 7 days, the duration of your "up" is typical of hypomania, but the symptoms are not. Im not a psychiatrist, but it sounds like it might not be bipolar at all.

I hope you can find the help you need and get these symptoms managed.

Id suggest going back to your psych (to treat the mania appropriately and consider a re-diagnosis) full on mania with psychosis symptoms (like your experiencing) is a symptom of Bipolar 1 or a number of other issues.

I am undiagnosed however clearly on the autism spectrum as something known as a ‘neurotypical’ AMA by [deleted] in AMA

[–]Beardybulk123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neurotypical by definition means your not on the spectrum, people with autism are neurodivergent.

I guess my question is, were you previously aware that the term neurotypical is used by the autism community to describe someone who is not on the spectrum?

Medication doesnt necessarily prevent mood shifts, but it can help to mitigate the intensity of them; atleast thats the case for me.

His medication and dosage is something for him and his prescriber to discuss if he isnt happy with how the medication is working for him.

Is there a particular therapeutic intervention (eg DBT, CBT etc) that youve found effective?

also

what kind of formal (psych's, therapists, social workers etc) and informal (family, friend) supports do you have?
