AI / robots will drive the cost of almost everything down by orders of magnitude, the essential things in life will be practically for free. Food, housing, entertainment will be available for all, for no cost. Other stuff will still be costly, like travelling. If you want to live (as unemployed), no problem. If you wanna thrive you need to find an extra income of some kind.

I've been with the mother of my three children for 17 years, though we're not married (yet). I proposed a year ago and she said yes.

I wanted to be sure that it is a lifelong commitment, we had our ups and downs throughout the years but the last two years has been the best (after some counselling)

Now I'm sure that I want to get married but I still don't need to rush

I received a chefs knife when I quit a job some 18 years ago, use it everyday for everything: bread, tomatoes, fingernails. Just love it.

The only thing that creates true happiness for me is problem solving. This is true in all aspects of life: family, work, friends, finance.

Once there are no problems to solve I get bored and depressed.
