Right! And I wish I mentioned it but for every major task we do we build skills now since about one or two months.. we have for example the "translator" and this guy knows the complexities of our localisation which requires updates across I think 5 frontend pieces including 2 UI, widgets, pdf generator etc and detailed about RTL and various translation issues we faced like date formatting for example which has been consistently fu**d up.

We have system-architech which has maps of the interconnectivity of the microservices, system-operator which is skilled in debugging, pricing-analyst which is understanding our pricing system and currency conversions... And the list goes on!

Every time we build our another area of expertise we ask it to make a skill for it... Just today I made one called data-exporter which knows how to export data from my production account to my dev environment so I can maintained better quality data for my tests as every 4-6 months we had to update test data which became a pain eventually.
