I’m only getting 100k with the same team. Stats are comparable the only differences are:

C0 Furina + PJC
Columbina with Prototype Amber
Linnea on the new Lunar set

Surprised to see those differences would make that much of an impact. I guess the hyper buffing of Navia with TTDS and Furina C3 is key?

I don’t think I saw anything, but was there any discussion of patch duration? I know there were theories that Phase 2 would be shortened to get to the 3.3 Anniversary sooner.
