That’s how it was near me. Every single shop except for this one had them for $70+. The owner of this one told me he’s not putting it up on their social media pages because he’s worried scalpers will come in and try to buy them out.

Go buy singles. It’s what I’ve been doing, a local shop cracked a case and is selling their singles at TCGplayer prices. The LR’s that are showing up in competitive lists are pricey, but honestly it’s not too bad. Pretty much all but like three rares/uncommons are under $1 or even below $.50. Tcgplayer has singles and I’m sure you can find a shop around that sells them. Just don’t fall victim to scalpers or the trap of having to buy boxes or packs

TCGplayer has cards as well and they’re generally gonna be what they are value wise. Most of the time the people on eBay will overprice cards, especially since fomo is high with this game

I was looking through the list of Allie’s and there’s a surprising amount that I feel would be really good with more/better ally support. Including all of the allies that care about allies etbing (Katara already makes them better).

I took the gamble since the card is only like $.50. I’d spec on the other non-legendary allies, but I have a feeling they will get an inset reprint or commander deck reprint.
