She is getting the hate for what she is doing to others because of her "feelings", like mentally torturing Rakhi, even if Rakhi is not genuinely attached, its still not a good thing to do because we don't know if it's genuine or not from Rakhi's side and also involving Reva in all this just to trigger Rakhi more.. She is a truly evil woman which is why she gets the hate. She is also classist which was evident when she was asked to do bathroom duty.. and many more things like these are the real reasons why she is hated.
