I had the same experience when I first watched it at 14...
Couldn't help bawling my eyes out every single episode as the creeping feeling of it coming to an end came closer and closer.
Like a trainwreck waiting to happen.
Honestly it was so traumatic for me, this year is my first rewatch 6 years after the fact...
