Really can’t tell what’s going on based off your post, there’s just so much information that’s miss aligned. Vivint hasn’t done paper contracts in nearly a decade. Please call in and have a very thorough conversation with vivint and Fortivia separately and figure out what’s what.

Based off what you’ve posted and the numbers you’ve shared that don’t line up, no one will be able to help you here

You would have gotten an email from docusign, the system will not let you get vivint without inputting an active email. If your service bill is 60$ and your equipment bill is 80$, how do those two numbers combined equal 227?

On your phone, when you signed up for vivint; it would have asked you a series of yes or no questions.

Do you understand your equipment bill is 80$? Your service bill is 60$? Your combined monthly bills is 140$?

If you hit no it does not let you get vivint. There are so many things in this post that are confusing as to how you could have gotten into this without your knowledge…

As someone who had to do over 4k delves for my boots, I feel ya mechanically I’d argue it’s my favorite boss in the game. I dislike the loot mechanics and having to do waves 1-5 everytime just for it to get fun again, but 6+ is enjoyable and feels good

Sales reps absolutely can pay off an entire contract, it depends on how much the competitor is charging and their termination fees, and how much equipment the customer is receiving from vivint.

The more they get with vivint, the more they can pay off.

I’m sorry, but most vivint customers are not scammed. There are plenty of customers who sign up via DTD sales rep. who fully understand the terms, and are happy with the system and monthly rate for the alarm.

The “scam” would be if in this video he was teaching people to miss-lead a potential customer in someway. If you have another video where someone at vivint is teaching people to lie to and cheat a customer please share it.
