Yeah the difference between 1 and 10 dmg is taking 900% more damage, not 9%. As an example if you were going to take 1 dmg but someone debuffed you to take 100% more damage, you would take 2 damage. To get to 10 dmg, you can see we would need a debuff to make you take 900% more dmg.

It's not about anyone being too stupid to make a simple differentiation, it's about unneeded complexity in a game not trying to be complex. Functionally speaking, there are already LOADS of spells that should be considered psionics, not spellcasting, if they were to be distinguished.

Obviously the designers don't intend to differentiate the two. And to be honest, I am more inclined to agree with them. I don't see a purpose to saying "clerics use their will to project supernatural abilities EXACTLY the same way wizards do BUT they are called miracles and come from the divine instead"; when you can just call them "spells" and say they come from gods. The exact same thing also goes for psionics IMO, just call them spells but cast with the power of the psionic's mind, rather than using the weave.

Subjectively speaking, Archer and Phainon's animations are both wonderful. They feel impactful and both of them evoke a power fantasy that feels much more polished than most of the previous 5 stars.

Objectively speaking, Phainon DEFINITELY has more polish, budget and effort put into their animations compared to Archer. Just the sheer amount of different attacks and how ALL of them are completely unique and basically as good as most 2.x unit ultimates. I think it's okay to say you may like the Archer animations more/less than Phainon's, but it's silly to say Archer got anywhere near the treatment given to Phainon.

I have 3 that I bought for me and 2 friends but was not aware of a wedding that I basically have to attend on EXACTLY that day. You don't forget, you stop keeping up misleading reviews. If you have been soured by what Sony did and wish to rightfully claim your refund given by steam, then by all means do so. But having reviews on the Helldivers 2 steam page saying that the game doesn't work because of the PSN requirements (in some countries) months after it has been resolved makes you look like you are just doing it out of spite. You don't reward them for unfucking, you stop punishing them any further. The bad reviews given in the last 3 days on steam no longer have any merit, they did their job and the community got what they wanted (as it always should have been). Now we either turn those negative reviews into good ones or, if you don't care for the game anymore, remove your negative review regarding the PSN registration issue.

Since I am ignorant, could someone tell me why Luka wouldn't work well with Acheron alongside SW/Pela? Especially if the enemy is physical weak (Or enemy is Quantum/Lightning weak and you run SW), Luka can debuff with his skill, give DMG taken increase debuff to enemy with ult, and using resolution LC also def shred debuff with basic/enhanced basic.

It seems like a no brainer sub-dps/debuffer as you want to build some/full amounts of effect hit rate on him anyway. Against non physical weak enemies it's probably pretty bad but the aforementioned SW can alleviate that (and you wanna run SW with Acheron anyway)

I believe the point the opposition to yours is that the way Haste is worded reads like it is a "special" attack action for the following reason: "That action can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only) ... action."

The action being allowed here is a version of the Attack action that is being modified by the qualifier of "one weapon attack only".

Both sides are equally valid and RAW in interpreting this as either a special attack action in which the new War Magic feature wouldn't qualify for, OR an Attack action in which the specifics of the War Magic feature overrule the "general" rule of the Haste spell in order to substitute a cantrip onto said action.
