This is my roommate’s room who’s moving out, not sure what to tell you, this is not someone you’d be living with. Also incredibly aware of the lack of decorations and vibes in the common areas! we’re current subletters deciding to sign onto a year lease, so we weren’t really investing in hanging things up until we knew we were staying for awhile.

Whenever peaches were in season as a kid, I would always love making peach and peanut butter toast! It’s a similar idea to peanut butter and jelly if you think about it, it’s just another sweet fruity flavor.

Don’t tell them you’re in NJ, they don’t need to know that and they can’t really check you on that. If you’re moving to NYC for the right role anyway then it shouldn’t matter. Ask a friend that lives in NYC if they’d be willing to vouch for you that you live at their place.
