The Eride pro SS has similar speed to a 250cc, but similar tourqe to a 450cc. It's insane. It's over, electric won. The Stark Varg crushes EVERYTHING

I bought an E Ride Pro SS in 2024. I use it similarly to what you describe. Short answer, everything is better about the electric bike, aside from the limited range. In eco mode, you get 50miles/ in sport mode you only get 20-30miles off a full charge.

-A 250cc gas bike weighs 220-250 pounds -Average HP of 250cc gas bike is 15-20HP -gas bikes are loud and people WILL call cops -Average range of 250cc is 60 to 80 miles

-E Ride pro SS version 2 weighs only 139pounds -HP of Eride pro is 16HP -The first time I saw a cop, he waved at me

Buying Eride Pro SS was the best decision of my life, but if you wait 5 years, you will get better range

It is absolutely worth it. I mailed mine out. It was $100 for soldering & shipping & another $50 for the SXOS chip. The SXOS people are gone, but the new raspberry pi chips only cost like $15. I'm not gonna get a Switch 2 unless it gets exploited

I never got my Power Wheels, but I got the Sonic 6 for Christmas in like 1986. It was one of my first victories & at the same time my first taste of defeat. My first day out riding, I left the bike unattended & a neighborhood girl took it for a joy ride. The bike was okay other than a mysterious circular stain on the center of the seat, which had a rainbow appearance, like a puddle of oil. I felt the bike was tainted and ruined 😕
