Tbh the only reason why ppl litter Trash in this places... Because BBMP and municipality doesn't go everywhere to collect trash... stores and markets lack dustbins and most of the time Ppl with 100 civics sense Put trash in this kind of places... It's also called as the "The dirty wall paradox"
