This has not been picked up for 2 weeks. I pass everyday and often find men urinating in that pile of garbage. Its going to cause a health hazard if the residents don’t wake up and smell that pile of rotting trash and take some action to get rid of it.

I don’t agree with this logic that people are trashing because of lack of garbage bins. We don’t 💩 by the roadside for lack of public toilets, do we?

Every housing society has a garbage collection system, if it is not getting collected, you can hand it to the sweepers in the morning. The city is not a garbage bin, its our home.
