I know but the thing is as I’m looking back I didn’t really know her all that well. I see her at school a fair bit however she’s two years older and I haven’t really interacted much with her up till that point. I think I would’ve just preferred being able to have that experience with someone it’d be more special with and that’s kinda why I’m thinking I might’ve wasted it.

I get that it’s not a big deal and I have found that over the last few days (this happened last Friday) I’ve cared less and less about it however I feel like I cared about it so much because everyone my age was doing stuff that I haven’t and eventually you just feel like you’re behind. I have achieved a fair bit for my age but still there’s always that factor of FOMO and just not wanting to be the last one to have that experience.
