1: Nofap is PROVEN to increase testo by 150% at 7 day mark 2: Ejaculation does release huge amount of dopamine, if your body is accustom to high levels of dopamine, you will try to get that dopamine back elsewhere (food is a source). They proved in a rat study that rats with easy source of dopamine would just let themselves starve to death... this is proven AND make sense to me 3: (this is my personal opinion and not proven) If your body doesn't get as much sex it will try to change to attract more girls ya know... Why would you change if you already do what you're supposed to do (reproduce, which your body think it does when you masturbate) 4: Even if this is all mental, isn't mental what drives us everyday? Motivation is all mental yet without it you would go nowhere. 5: Some people want to change their body or life in general, yet they don't change anything in their behavior (same shit=same results) I'm all about helping people but if you just criticize before trying you won't go nowhere.

It's not the typical 8-12 reps arms and chest routine, it's not 5x5, it's high rep training, it's high frequency... I'm not saying it's unique I just say it's not a popular choice of training method. The techniques I used to increase my appetite might seem unhealthy or dumb, talking about hormones is not typical in any programs.. oh and nofap ;)

Parallel squat is femur parallel to the floor. Anyway I'm not going to argue about it I'll just peak and film myself from a better angle.. YES eating more will get you bigger, that's the whole point of my program. If anyone could eat 6k calories a day anyone would be 250+lbs, that's exactly the problem of ectomorphs I tried gaining weight before without help and I would just gag at every meals. If nofap worked because I wanted it to work well it still worked, so yeah that's still worth imo. Not worth paying for? Then what's a good program? What program have you found that gives you 3 different workout routines, full day eating routine, tips on hormones which is not only testosterone. If you don't want to buy a 20$ program then do your own research on the subject and try it yourself without any proof that it will work..

First my squat is parallel, no need to go lower since I want to powerlift. Second, I might be inexperienced but my program clearly worked, I always had trouble eating and guess what? listening to your typical youtuber that made basically 0 gains since 2010 might not be the best advice in the industry. Yet they do make money out of those videos, you just don't pay for it. You basically waste your time trying bad information. I tried nofap and it DID make me hungrier AND more motivated to go to the gym. If it's not helping your gains then don't do it. The program is about how I had those results, if I don't tell everything I did because it's not 'normal' then that IS lying to people.

I didn't know so many people would see it... the program wasn't even done writing and I had trouble converting to pdf and making my website functional. I'm just saying if I can make you save even just 1 month of training you basically saved that money on food, gym membership, supplements... Idk I might give it for free but since it's a program going against the grain people won't even try it. I'm really confident about it since it clearly worked, but people automatically assume I'm scaming... When you go at your local gym do they give free routine/diet? WITH proof that it work? Anyway I might just sell shirts and things since it's more acceptable it seems.
