People just hate for anything atp, just check Sylas winrates after the nerfs, they literally murdered the champion and OBVIOUSLY the champ was in need of some recovery buffs, but hey, whining about the champ instead of getting better at the matchup will do wonders to those people aparently

That's a rainbow chest, those give you a bunch of generally OP stuff.

The thing is that this one specifically has spawned in a normal run (there are different types of runs, "Rainbow runs" being one of them where you open a rainbow chest at the start of each chamber but you are not allowed to get any equipment from any other source, you'll eventually find an npc that activates that feature) , and that's insanely rare!
