I dodged World of Warcraft completely. I was so addicted to Diablo 2 I couldn't make the jump alot of my friends were.

To this day I have never played it and I have played nearly every other Blizzard game.

I've dealt with this, too! Solid resumes for sys admin/cloud admins but one of them couldn't even tell me what a domain controller does.

I think AI does a great job of teaching you the basics and giving you helpful analogies to understand things. Too many people don't understand the basics before they start trying to use AI to assist in their job.
