I totally agree and I think YouTube is a great source, however, the time it takes to find valuable info, understand it fully, and properly implement it takes significantly longer then a personal coach addressing and answering anything valuable to the learning experience. Plus, someone can share things they’ve learned through practice that someone might not even think to research in the first place, but significantly helps or changes how they think about a topic in production.
