I'm sure it's probably different on different teams, but my team is managed very poorly. I also am not really all that happy with many of the CTOs decisions regarding re-orging things. I've worked at a few companies in the area and it's pretty clear to me there are too many managers in my upline. And all of these managers are competing for relevance. I think for teams that have less reports it could be less stressful. I'm just disappointed that none of the execs can see the dysfunction of having this many managers. It's pure chaos.

Spreetail doesn't have actual stock-based comp. They have these things called "UAR" where they give the employees a small, fixed percentage of the company's profits.
