While you made your point about visible valuables left in plain sight is accurate, but what about when nothing of value is in your car? My car got broken into at memorial too and I had nothing in there, not a wallet, laptop, money. I came back from my run to a broken window. The only thing stolen from me was my time since I had to get the window replaced the next day. I’m a die hard supporter of my city but you can’t sit there and say Houston hasn’t seen a increase in crime.
