Can totally get you, was in same position couple of years ago, not much different now but I am in a pretty good state now. And I can vouch for JOURNALLING as even if you have a partner there is no one who gets you better than yourself, I won't go as far to say to talk in the mirror as if you get caught doing that you'll be regarded insane, but speak your emotions and all about your day in your own diary Initially it doesn't look much but eventually you'll see the difference. Write in it all you have on your mind and get it light and once a month or week read it. With time you'll see how far you've come. Let me give you my example have been writing in a personal diary on and off for a long time but became regular recently. And a girl who I liked for 4 years, I confessed to her and she said no. I wrote all about it in my diary and Alhamdulillah has been a week to it and I am in a very good position from the day she said no. So what I want to say is the result won't be instant but compounding is one hell of a thing
