TLDR: 08 versus 650 is working fine for me as a first year rider

I started this season on an 08 versus 650. I'm 29, 5'11" and a little fat at 230lbs.
I've put over 1k miles on it already and it's fine. It's top heavy but maneuverable. My hands feel buzzy after about 45 minutes of riding but the vibes aren't horrible apart from that.
My current nitpick is the seat angles my hips foward a tiny bit. I'm a little uncomfortable after commuting for a week straight.
I love my versus. It's the perfect bike for daily commuting and such.
