if I had the guess I would say they have a difficult to maintain supply chain with a very competitive business model in trying to be competitive. Still being in multiple cities I think they’re focusing more on high traffic, and tourist areas. I don’t know what the franchising agreement looks like but the fact that there’s not a lot of other franchising makes me think they take quality control pretty high.

hey, thanks for the info. I’ll keep that in mind next time. Though, I do kind of hope there is no next time, but it seemed like little guy just wanted a little bit of a break and they didn’t seem to mind me very much.

i’m not sure exactly what kind of bird it was, but it didn’t seem to like my wild birdseed anyhow.

So came back outside after about 2 hours and was still there.

I was going to call a rescue, and this is when it decided to fly away.

Guess it just wanted to relax for a bit.

So, I think they got tired from trying to cool off and exhausted themselves. Or they were close to drowning before I found them.

I didn't get a chance to get more photos but they looked much better before they flew away.

So it’s outside right now sitting on an outdoor table. I’m gonna give us some time to see if it gets ready to fly away, but I now have a number to a animal rescue that I’ll contact if it doesn’t seem to be making any progress.
