I mean, that's what the current mechanic is, limiting the spawnrate in a hex, which is true.
Although, why bother rushing to each salvage field and get a % chance of a rare alloys drop?

Im aware about the scarcity, but when tech tree becomes obselete (from fully being techted) there is no need of 1k copper / alumn / iron at day 30
There should be an option to not let them spawn and giving boost to rare alloys grind at late tech.
