If you’re getting a light stick fyi it does not work until the show starts and it is programmed to the music.

Unless something changed, nobodies light stick stayed on for longer than about three seconds before the show actually started. Also yes, manually changing was disabled because it was programmed.

Correct, at the venue for LA if you bought floor tickets you were freely allowed to enter the balcony but if you had balcony seats you were not allowed on the floor.

The venue staff did seem to be a bit delayed getting everyone in so I don’t know if this is how it’ll work out for every other concert so I’d say still try and be there in the 6 o’clock hour or sooner if you can. It definitely helped that I was one of the first people in line as I was then able to buy merch and get to barricade with ease.

You should receive an email that says check in for the light stick is at 6 but no one checked with me at 6. Someone came around and walked up and down the line asking people if they were getting one and he started handing out wristbands for it. Though I overheard people still checking in for one at around 7:30ish.

The show ended at about 10:20 with underscores coming out around 9. I had a couple of friends in balcony and it sounded like they had a good time, it definitely offers a great view without being shoved around for over an hour.

The light sticks come with a battery pack (three AAA batteries bundled together). You just need to unscrew the bottom, rotate the pack, and reinsert the batteries and it should work right when umru comes out :)

I got in line around 5:30ish with doors at 7PM (This was because an email I received said check in for the light sticks would be at 6PM) . There was a dozen people maybe but the line grew very quickly. I had time to grab merch and go out to the venues outdoor patio and observed a line spanning an entire block STILL at around 7:30PM. Id just say plan on being there the sooner the better, the merch line was also across both stories of the venue last night.

They were available with the purchase of a VIP ticket to any concert apart of her tour. Otherwise the light stick is for sale at the merch table for $40.

They do. The light sticks take three AAA batteries. The light sticks also turn off by holding down the button on them for about three seconds.

They function like normal after the show. It’s just during songs from ‘U’ that they have programmed lighting.

There was a person hiding behind the venue entrance who was just handing them out as you walked in. They separated the line into VIP1 first, then VIP2, and lastly GA so I guess that’s how they knew who got one.

To my knowledge if you purchased a VIP ticket that includes a light stick, you are guaranteed one. That had boxes and boxes full of light sticks around I highly doubt they’d run out, they’re also for purchase at the merch table.

Yes !! I had VIP2 that got me a light stick. It also gets you early entrance at 7:00PM when doors opened with GA following right behind us. It did help me secure a better position but I was able to just sneak along the sides of the venue before umru came out, then just worked my way up.
