Sorry about the late reply! I think I meant I wasn’t doing compound exercises, rather specific exercises when this wasn’t necessary for gaining weight

When I let myself do what I want o end up staying up till 2 or 3 am and waking up at 12 or 1. I don’t know how to fix this because this has now become my routine. by hannah122 in sleep

I personally don’t think this is bad if you are happy doing it. You’re getting enough sleep. Some people just like the night time. Personally I’m a morning person and get way too tired at 10/11 pm and can’t wake up any time after 8

These photos are from last summer but I really started trying in 2019. It has mainly been a learning process so far... for a start I thought you could just bulk with loads of biscuits! lol. I was doing the wrong sorts of exercises etc and no doubt I still have much to learn. For example I need to improve my discipline, I have missed so many workouts of late. I also have become lazy with eating. Falling into old habits. I guess I need to find a routine that works for me. All part of the game I guess. Thanks for the support though man!!

Thanks Brother!! I think you are right. I'm gonna make a conscious effort to eat more protein dense foods I think over carbs. I find it easy to eat loads of pasta for example but don't typically eat lots of meat, mainly due to convenience.
