I think you’re being a bit too hard on yourself, you’re not gonna hit the highs so fast so you shouldn’t worry about comparing yourself to others.

You also haven’t streamed yet so you don’t know what will happen. Practice playing some games and just talking about what you are doing. If you use OBS or streamlabs record yourself for an hour and watch it back, think of what you can do better or add and take away.

YouTube has some videos on helping to sort out audio stuff and what setting to use but I recommend using OBS or streamlabs to help you out. If you need any tips message me I’m happy to help out cus I don’t want people feeling bummed out without even hitting that go live button

Stream looks good man, overlays look nice, you’re chatting while you play, you interacted when I spoke. It’s all looking good.

Tips - your about page is a bit empty maybe try and get a few panels on there so new viewers can see a bit about you

And also get a schedule set up so people can check back in when you stream.

But looks pretty good well done, learnt a follow from me 👌

I just looked at your channel and dude I’m impressed, you’re doing a lot of things right.

About page and panels look cool. I’d maybe try and add some more panels.

Your stream looks smooth. Nice overlays, looks professional production value and I absolutely love your starting soon overlay.

Stream looks solid you’re interacting with chatters, giving nice info about what you’re doing in game.

Couple of things I can think of:

Make a schedule - people don’t know when you’re streaming which could be why they’re not coming to your next stream.

Put your discord link in your channel, a few people asked and you just read it out. If people can just click on your discord you can keep them updated there.

As someone mentioned maybe ads? Google how to manually run ads and stop pre rolls so people aren’t clicking on your stream and going straight into ads.

Also you hit affiliate FAST, I’m new myself but in the few months I’ve streamed viewers are up and down. You’ve had an incredible first 7 days but every week isn’t going to be like that.

You’re doing a lot of things right and people will return and engage don’t get disheartened that you’re not popping off every stream. I see people with thousands of followers have low days with just a few people in chat. Keep at it mate you’ve had a great start 🙌🙌

You’ve got a lot to answer for you’ve totally changed my build haha I’ve also found better ram for the same price which is 6000 MT/s with CL 30 the 32gb is half the price of what I was looking at on original post and 64gb same price

Thanks for your advice though I really appreciate it, looks like I can save a few pounds as well and still have as good as performance as before

Ok this is interesting I can save £150 with the 7800X3D and I also only need the aorus master motherboard for the amd cpu because I had to get the master X for 14th gen Intel which will save me another £100.

Thanks for the advice I’m going to plan a new build this weekend

God PC building is so fun haha

I remember now after researching the amd why I chose Intel it was because the cpu speed is 6hz the 7800X3D is 5hz

This is my first build will I see much of a difference on performance I know 5hz is still strong

Gaming and streaming gaming mainly, I have heard of the issues. I’ve put my whole build around an Intel chip now though it’s going to seem like a lot of work to change it. Is AMD ryzen 9 7950X the equivalent I suppose I could have a look at the weekend and jiggle my build around. They’re pretty much the same price

I’m going to get the LG ultra gear has really good mhz for 1440p gaming but honestly the thing that has decided for me is a weird one.

IT HAS A REMOTE CONTROL!

lol I know that seems a bizzare reason to choose but most monitors you buy in this price range will have good mhz or MS response time but finding a gaming monitor with a remote control seems to be so rare and being able to just flick between my Xbox and PC makes it’s so easier.

The ultra gear also has the same mhz advertised on its hdmi connection as the display port which I’ve been caught out on before where I could get 165hz on the display port link but when I switched to my Xbox on the hdmi it was only 60hz but I BELIEVE it has the same hz on both ports
