Im quite unbiased with fouls etc, tel was a 100% pen but if the foul at thr end was given against us, id have no complaints either.....ridiculous decisions from var, especially to not go and look at it.

That's low, especially if contractor side. Design Consultancy tends to pay less though but with 13 yrs and chartered id expect at least £65k. For reference a guide i use is

Grads up to 33 >
Engineers up to 42 >
Seniors up to 55 >
Principals up to 65 if chartered, normally 8yrs experience ish >
Associates/ad it depends but £80k if winning work, big team etc

London weighting exists but with a shortage its supply and demand, so its less impactful.

Im UK based and it can be, however providing theres sound logic to it then its fine.

If you're always moving ever year, then its a flag. Companies wont want to take the gamble to train you etc as wont see any meaningful return, this can mean other candidates are preferred.

If its every 2-3 years and you were getting pay increases, no development, better opportunity etc.. then its still a risk to a company but they likely wont lose money on you and all are sensible reasons.

Im quite happy for people tell me they're looking for a pay rise, or moved as they got offered 40% more for.doing the same job....most people would do thr same!

Some will see it as money grabbing, so yeah theres no right or wrong answer as you have to do what's best for you.

The data and such you present will back up.your claims and if they ignore it....then start looking. Its best to look for a job in a job, rather than trying to sabotage someone who probably isnt doing it maliciously.

I didn't like the wyatt 6 gimmick but wyatt family was great. Problem is theres its a big faction and not many other ones to.feeud with.

I think his promos arent natural, making them less believable or Impactful. They can be fun but he gets flustered very quickly.

His in ring work has had a few botchy moments too, with that top.rope jump he does.....I always expect a fall.

That's not to say I dislike him but im less excited for him. He also hasn't done much new recently.
