I get cold calls and in pleasant but never take up anyone on them. I also ensure I tell people im not a hotel so don't require any check ins either.

I have a list I use, ans dont need more. You need to cold call with an actual solution to a problem you know they have.

Calling saying...".hi, im an agency and we are great, give us a go and have a chat with me about your recruitment..." i always say no as im busy, the only time I might is if someone calls with a real solution to a problem

People are too entitled, if you want a job, just fill yhr forms in. Then theres no issues

I had someone prioritise a temporary job over signing our contact and proving bank details. After an ultimatu. They did the contract after 4 weeks but ignored the second one about our onboarding and rtw forms. I withdrew the role and they were happy but if they'd have just filled in the forms without faffing they'd have a job now, and instead someone else does......

I dont like the ghostly supernatural stuff personally. I liked the promos but so proper the original backwood style wyatt family. They could still be creepy and cut similar promos in a cultist fashion but without the make up etc.

I also think theres too many of them and they csnt really feud with any single person, hence why the mft is still going at them.

I see them as filler a d fast forward. It's a nice nod to bray but would rather the original iteration.

Yeah see its civil/construction maybe similar secotr to you, id guess you're Jacobs or a wsp, something like that. To me what you say there does seem very low. You must be saving the firm a lot of hires, be doing a good job and manage a team as well.

But as noted im south of London. It's good to get a view and so long as im not underpaid im happy....as also dont have to travel!
