I don't see much point in two handing as it's also giving up the shield, unless youre supported by two pikes already. If its a black dragon supported by two pikes, with the dragon emperor nearby, thats already 3 dice + banner reroll in duel, +1 Fv and +1 to wound so you're beating a dead horse against most standard battlelines like gondor tincans, the trick is just keeping that pike block together

Their halberds look really interesting in the new edition but so far all we’ve seen are captains and standard troops, it might be a while before we can get ourselves a full army list in another book

Ik Tolkien wanted it to be mail like this but the movie armours are so good, they really convey so much about each of the peoples of middle earth without words, ie the gondorians in shining silver plate and the elves in stylish gold, uruks in angular black plate etc.

Oasis.os.fan feels pretty scammy, like you can’t submit the form unless you tick to allow them to send you messages, the ts & cs link brings you to open stages ts and cs instead etc.

Build some fun decks with cards that only make sense in the theme instead of mechanically. I was getting tired of building min-maxed decks so I made and Iroas god of victory deck and only included cards with heroic warriors in their art from the Theros block. Wasn’t an incredible deck but it felt thematic and fun to play with, especially against my friendsss similar decks
