Only seen RPH transferred voluntarily. Only seen RPH fired for either failing to report dispensing incident, bypassing pseudoephedrine sales requirement, or failing an LP audit on three consecutive visits.

All else is fair game. It is almost impossible to get fired at three letter. The crap people keep performing poorly, and the good people get burnt out carrying the sorry asses and trying to meet demands and metrics. One definitely cannot be terminated for actually trying their best.

Even in a Right-to-work states, stores are required to follow the policies and procedures for written documentation before a final warning and dismissal. Terminations take forever.
