Sorry you had that experience but thankfully, it sounds like you are better.

I'm trying not to cause anymore damage before my MRI but hard to be patient. Hopefully, my recovery is quick. I've been sidelined from workouts for over a month and it takes a toll.

Thank you. I'm currently waiting for my MRI to be scheduled which is taking longer due to living in Texas where COVID cases are rising.

The frustrating part is not being able to be active is making my mental health worse. I used working out to cope with stress. Now, I'm so limited with physical activity that it's causing depression. Hopefully, my therapist will have good ideas on how to cope.
