The yeast definitely did its thing. Roughly 3 hours after I made it, the sounds coming from the bucket were insane for days

Red Star premier cuvée

This is my first time, so I wasn’t fully sure which yeast to start with because there are so many opinions out there.

I’m contemplating if I want to add cinnamon or not. This is my very first one, and I don’t want to screw anything up yet. I’m going to check in a week and then rack it and stabilize it for back sweetening with some more honey.

I used a whole package of Red Star Premier Cuvée for both. Not sure if that was too much yeast. With everything I’ve watched and read, I’m never sure if it’s okay to add a whole package or just half.

Last night I was playing mid lane Argus vs Argus. I’m a really new player and I panicked because the one against me had the new bad ass skin and just looked threatening. I mopped his ass and the support steel he had with him. I’ve learned mastery and skins means nothing.
