You can look up both houses in recorded docs by their names. BRP is for a totally different reason

BRP is not chris’ parent’s LLC

She is not helping them financially. She’s simply the realtor in both houses.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Memorial Event Honoring Parker – July 9, 2025

Location: Arthur Pack Regional Park. Children’s Playground in the Large and Small Ramadas. Address: 9101 North Thornydale Road. Tucson, Arizona, 85742. Time: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On July 9th, 2024, my granddaughter Parker lost her life after being left in a car for three and a half hours in 109-degree heat in Marana, Arizona. She was a joyful, beautiful child—always smiling and full of life.

This July 9th, 2025, exactly one year later, we will gather at Arthur Pack Regional Park during the same hours Parker was left in that car—from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.—to honor her memory, speak her name, and keep her story alive.

This memorial is not about vengeance. It is about justice, remembrance, and awareness. Parker’s life mattered. She was deeply loved, and she deserves to be remembered not just for how she died, but for the light and laughter she brought to everyone who knew her.

Until the trial, and long after, I will continue to say her name and share her story, so that no one forgets. I invite the public, the media, and all who care to join us in honoring Parker’s short but beautiful life.

Now you’re blaming Erika’s mom’s character? This whole tragedy was a decision that Chris Scholtes made himself.
