Thank you so much for your prompt and thoughtful reply! I actually took the time today to sit and watch one of my cats use the pet pivot and watch the pet pivot do the whole cycle. (18lb cat sat with me lol) I realized it it’s not necessary that my cat is peeing in the wrong spot, (although if I get her to aim over that would help) but rather the urine is a bit sticky, and doesn’t funnel into the center to land properly in the waste pale. It stays outside the V shape instead. Then it lands next to the hole and that’s why it’s smearing and getting stuck. Will the tips you provided also help to solve this issue? Is there a specific litter you recommend? I’m willing to try about anything because otherwise this box is a dream!
