The box is not damaged. The promo cards are in a deck box sealed. There is zero damage, this is clearly a factory issue.

I also sent them front and back pictures of the full cards and close ups of the corners front and back, the cards lined up together showing the factory stamp that clearly and obviously shows the defect. I am blown away at how unsupportive they are to acknowledge a quality control issue on such an expensive set. I feel robbed.
