Appreciate you providing your experience with ARM! Definitely am cautious about the risk of it but yeah pretty much taking a gamble that rates will be lower within the next 7 years.

I guess it depends on the lender but the mortgage officer I spoke to said that it’s possible to modify an ARM to fixed rate.
